Our mission at TLC is to ensure high quality legal representation of Oklahoma's abused and neglected children by recruiting, training, and mentoring professionals in juvenile law. We are court appointed in the juvenile system. Our nonprofit portion works with other agencies to support foster children in Tulsa County.
