The Elks are a membership order of men and women with a network of more than 2,000 lodges in communities all over the country. The Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug free, meet the needs of todays veterans and improve the quality of life for their members and community. To be accepted as a member one must be an American citizen, believe in God, be of good moral character and be at least 21 ys old.

Our mission at TLC is to ensure high quality legal representation of Oklahoma's abused and neglected children by recruiting, training, and mentoring professionals in juvenile law. We are court appointed in the juvenile system.  Our nonprofit portion works with other agencies to support foster children in Tulsa County.

We know that lasting personal and social change comes about when we all work together. That’s why, at the Y, strengthening community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
